1. General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the joya 9bd platform and all services offered under it. "Platform" refers to joya 9bd's website, mobile application, and any related digital services. "User" refers to any person who accesses, registers on, or uses any service of this platform.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users in Bangladesh. All joya 9bd services are intended for personal and entertainment use only. Using this platform for commercial or professional purposes is strictly prohibited.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These terms are drawn up in Bangla and the Bangla version is considered final. If there is any difference between a translation and the original Bangla, the Bangla version takes precedence. joya 9bd has sole authority to interpret any disputed word or clause.

1.2 Binding Effect of the Agreement

When a user registers an account, logs in, or starts using any service on the platform, these terms become a legally binding agreement. It is assumed that the user has read, understood, and agreed to these terms before accessing the platform.

2. Account Registration and Personal Information

Having an active and verified account is required to use joya 9bd's services. Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, both accounts will be permanently closed and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.1 Registration Information

When creating an account, the user must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name — as shown on the national ID card or passport
• Date of birth — for age verification
• Active mobile number — for OTP verification
• Email address — for account-related communication

If any information needs to be changed, the user must contact the support team. Core account details cannot be changed without authorization.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details fully confidential. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. Sharing login details with others or allowing anyone else to use the account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify joya 9bd support immediately.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

All joya 9bd services are strictly for persons aged 21 or above. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or carry out any financial transaction. Failure to prove age or providing false information will result in the account being closed and the full balance being forfeited.

3.1 Geographic Restrictions

This platform is operated for users in Bangladesh. Users must confirm for themselves that there are no legal restrictions on using this type of service from their location. The user is solely responsible in this regard.

3.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A user may hold only one account. If different members of the same household use separate accounts from the same device or network, each account must be individually verified.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on joya 9bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The approved methods for deposits and withdrawals are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Transactions through any other method will not be processed.

4.1 Minimum Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal processing time: usually within 1 hour

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The user's account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made. If active bonus wagering on the account is not complete, withdrawals may be held. joya 9bd may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.3 Transaction Validity

Completed transactions are generally not reversible. If there is an error in a transaction, support must be notified within 24 hours. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and such transactions will be returned.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Each bonus offer from joya 9bd comes with its own separate terms. The general bonus rules set out below apply to all offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The contribution rate towards wagering may differ for certain games. Whether an offer applies can be found on the relevant bonus page or through support.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If unusual betting strategies are used to abuse bonuses — such as placing opposing bets on the same selection in turns — joya 9bd may cancel the bonus and forfeit the related winnings. A bonus may only be claimed once and subject to the applicable conditions being met.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to participation in sports betting, live casino, slots, and other game categories on joya 9bd.

6.1 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is accepted abnormally due to a technical error, joya 9bd reserves the right to void that bet and the stake will be returned where applicable.

6.2 Misconduct and Fraud

If any betting syndicate, match-fixing information, or any other unfair means is used to gain an advantage, the account will be closed immediately. Using software robots or automation to place bets is strictly prohibited.

6.3 System Errors

Abnormal winnings arising from technical errors or bugs in game software are not legally valid. In such situations, joya 9bd reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the stake.

6.4 Game Results

All game results are determined by a third-party Random Number Generator (RNG). joya 9bd does not interfere with any game result and no guarantee is given of any predetermined outcome.

7. VIP Program

The joya 9bd VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier receives a weekly cashback benefit, calculated based on the net loss for that week.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback means a fixed portion of what remains after total winnings are deducted from total losses for that week. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

7.1 Tier Changes

VIP tier may be upgraded or downgraded based on regular activity and betting. joya 9bd will notify the user directly about any tier change. Abusing VIP membership may result in benefits being cancelled.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. Any verified balance in the account must be withdrawn before the closure request is processed. joya 9bd may also suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Breach of terms and conditions
• Providing false or incomplete information
• Suspicion of fraud or misconduct
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Proven breach of the age limit

If a user requests self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming Policy, joya 9bd will action it on a priority basis.

9. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

While using the platform, the user must ensure that their activities are lawful and do not go against joya 9bd's terms and conditions.

9.1 Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Using automated software or bots
• Using a third party's account or payment method
• Repeatedly opening accounts to obtain bonuses
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Conspiring to defraud other users

9.2 Duty to Report

If a user notices any error, unusual transaction, or suspicious activity on the platform, it is their ethical and contractual duty to notify the support team immediately. Concealing such information may lead to the user being considered involved in that activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

joya 9bd makes every effort to operate its services reliably. However, joya 9bd will not bear any liability in the following situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or a problem with the user's device
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected technical or server issues
• Delays or errors by third-party payment services
• Problems arising from the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information
• Force majeure events — natural disasters, war, or government restrictions

joya 9bd's total liability for any single incident is limited to the amount of that specific transaction. Claims for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond direct loss are not accepted.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

joya 9bd is committed to protecting users' personal information. All information provided at the time of account registration is kept secure through SSL encryption. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how information is collected, stored, and used, and what rights users have over their data.

11.1 Data Sharing

Users' information is not sold to third parties. However, limited information may be shared with trusted service providers as needed for payment processing, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.

11.2 Cookies and Tracking

joya 9bd uses cookies to improve the platform experience and ensure security. Continuing to use the platform is taken as consent to the cookies policy.

12. Changes to Terms

joya 9bd reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to the updated terms, they may request to close their account.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

12.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. Only the portion that is found to be unenforceable will be removed, to the extent applicable.
